Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures a smooth experience for you and your furry friend.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and free of any pet hair or odors with original tags still attached.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, including the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
